Cancellation

1. As a general rule you shall not be entitled to cancel your Application once you have received confirmation of the same. If you cancel your Application after it has been confirmed, Vision Creator shall have a right to charge you cancellation fee of a minimum INR 500 upto the Application Fee, with a right to either not to refund the Application Fee after Successfull Submited Form. Vision Creator shall also have right to charge you cancellation fee for the Application cancelled by Vision Creator for the reasons specified under clause 1(iii) of this cancellation and refunds policy. In case of cancellations for the reasons attributable to Vision Creator

2. However, in the unlikely Payment, we will contact you on the phone number provided to us at the time of Application Submission and inform you of such unavailability. In such an event you will be entitled to cancel the Application and shall be entitled to a refund in accordance with our refund policy.

3. We reserve the sole right to cancel your Application in the following circumstance:

   1. in payment Detail no status

   2. Application Submission Detail Not Available;

   3. failure Application due to lack of information in your Application

Refunds

1. You shall be entitled to a refund only those Applicant where Payment done but Application not submited

   1. those payment refund where Application Session Expire after payment and could not redirect to Status Page.

2. Our decision on refunds shall be at our sole discretion and shall be final and binding.

3. All refund amounts shall be credited to your account within 3-4 business days in accordance with the terms that may be stipulated by the bank which has issued the credit / debit card.
